Any time we are able to make the Smithfield Rescue Mission a better place for the children who stay with us, we get excited! But what makes this project even more exciting is that the design for this space comes from one of our former clients! Geniece came to us with her 5-year-old son. She moved here from Maryland, looking for the opportunity to plant roots, start her own business, and create a stable life for her family. With a Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Geniece used her skills to design a colorful and inviting playroom for the women and children’s house.
